I really thought I was doing it all - eating organic food, using natural products, buying organic clothes and bedding, working out when I had time. I thought I was covering all the bases for a healthy lifestyle.
The thing was, even with all those healthy efforts, I wasn't feeling great. I felt stressed and overwhelmed when I came home at the end of each day. I couldn't find the time to work out on a regular basis. I had to go straight to the kitchen after work to start making dinner for my family. I was sleeping poorly. And I just felt run down.
This was all a drain on my happiness and productivity, not to mention what it must have been doing to my long term health.

As it turned out, buying organic and non-toxic products just wasn't enough to keep my family and me healthy. The piece I was missing in it all was my home.
The way my home was set up was actually hindering our health!
From unhealthy air quality, to discouraging healthy eating, to provoking stress, my house was keeping us from living our healthiest lives!
Oh man, what a game changer it was when I discovered this!
And once I did, I went to work making small adjustments to my home that had a big impact on our health and happiness. Within months I was seeing changes in my mood. I was sleeping better. I was more productive at work.
And the best part? I was so much happier! I had more time to spend with my family, and the time we spent together was fun!
