The thing was, even with all those healthy efforts, I wasn't feeling great. I felt stressed and overwhelmed when I came home at the end of each day. I couldn't find the time to work out on a regular basis. I had to go straight to the kitchen after work to start making dinner for my family. I was sleeping poorly. And I just felt run down.

As it turned out, buying organic and non-toxic products just wasn't enough to keep my family and me healthy. The piece I was missing in it all was my home.
